It has become a common place for companies to have more mobile service vehicles and outbound employees traveling all over to their clients. These fleet vehicles are not only a way to transport your employees to sites for work, but they are also a large advertising asset.  A traveling billboard for your company, it is common place for businesses to graphic up their fleet of vehicles to help extend their brand awareness when on the road.

When making an approach to logo design, there are so many factors to take in.  Who is your target market?  What vibe or feeling do you want to portray?  How universal does the logo have to be?  How does it need to represent your company?  These questions will help any skilled designer begin to conceptualize a formula for your brand’s future identity.    We recently were contacted by a company to develop a logo for a café called “Roots” that the client is opening in Ecuador. Faced with the challenge of creating a logo that will fit the theme of the café,  our designers set out to capture the feel of culture, location, and environment in the logo. The logo was digitally printed, and mounted as indoor signage for the café.

 In the custom sign design and print world, there are really two types of file formats most commonly used; raster and vector formats. Very different, though often used together, there is a certain scenario and usage for each format. When beginning a project for a customer here in the shop, we always request a vector format file. More often than not, we are composing the artwork with the elements and direction of the client, so that’s where it is imperative for us to have the vector formatted artwork.
