Custom Wall Coverings and Decor Printing for Restaurant Interiors

Interior decor printing is a useful key in setting the feel and atmosphere of your restaurant. Most food establishments are theme-inspired and are very conscious of their interior decorating. With the materials and print capabilities available, options for artistic and design expression are expanding. Whether for new restaurants or for refurbishing existing restaurants, custom printed commercial grade wallcoverings can transform plain wall surfaces into attractive and durable murals. We are able to digitally print our clients’ artwork onto a variety of textured wallcovering materials. When considering this particular wall covering and the public environment to which it is exposed, we needed to find a way to protect the prints and to allow for cleaning and routine maintenance. We apply a thin but tough protective topcoat to protect the graphics without sacrificing installation quality. With cleanliness as a top priority in the food industry and with mold and mildew being serious issues especially in more humid environments, we micro-vent the wallcoverings for “breathability.” This combination of a protective topcoat and micro-venting has proven to be the right match for this product and application in the food service industry.
Once manufacturing is completed, the panels are professionally installed in a similar fashion as traditional wallpaper. Using an adhesive paste, the graphics are applied to the wall in large panels to create an exciting, and visually complete piece with virtually hidden seams. As shown, the look is very appealing; and because of the ability to be custom digitally printed, design possibilities are endless.
